chris hubble’s love for night photography started in 1996 when he took his first successful light painting shot on b&w film. "i wanted to try and create a photograph with a technique i had never seen before." at that time he had assisted numerous world renowned professionals in nyc and had developed a very good technical knowledge which gave him the freedom to create photographs his imagination could conjure up.
since that first trip to joshua tree national park, chris still has a fascination for all things night.
